Empower Hope

This service is for students in our contracted schools in Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties between the ages of 14 and 21 and is a comprehensive program that provides Work-Readiness Training and Self-Advocacy Training designed to prepare students for a successful transition from school to employment. This service equips students with the essential skills needed te enter and thrive in the job market. Work-Readiness Training focuses on developing fundamental workplace competencies such as communication, teamwork, and time management. Self-Advocacy Training empowers students to understand their rights and effectively communicate their needs and goals in various settings, promoting greater independence and confidence. The student participating in this service MUST have a referral by VR before services can be rendered.
